X5 expands free access to advanced sales analytics for partners

Moscow, 27 March 2025 – X5 Group (“X5”, MOEX: “X5”), a leading Russian food retailer, has launched a new Sales Analytics dashboard available to all partners as part of the Company’s approach of fostering long-term relationships with its suppliers. The new dashboard is part of X5’s in-house digital platform, Dialog.X5, which offers an ecosystem of digital services for the Company’s partners.

Partners have already benefited from access to Category Analytics and ABC Rating reports on the Dialog.X5 platform free of charge, which give an overview of product group dynamics and assortment structure. Now, X5 suppliers can enjoy a broader assortment of advanced free analytics, including through the new Sales Analytics dashboard. These tools enable suppliers to monitor real-time changes in demand in terms of both volume and value under the suppliers’ contracts, with analytics provided at the level of the entire X5 Group network (including the Perekrestok, Pyaterochka and Chizhik retail chains) as well as in specific regions of Russia. The analysis, based on ticket data and updated weekly, offers partners the most up-to-date insights for making strategic decisions, such as adjusting shipments and promotional campaigns or fine-tuning their product mix.
