Amsterdam, 25 April 2018 — X5 Retail Group N.V. ("X5" or the "Company"), a leading Russian food retailer, announces that Pyaterochka General Director Olga Naumova has left her post with immediate effect. The Company would like to thank Olga for many years of service.
The Supervisory Board has named X5 CEO Igor Shekhterman as the acting General Director of Pyaterochka until a permanent replacement is confirmed.
The Company plans to name a new General Director of its proximity format from the Company’s internal talent pool upon completion of the annual strategic review and as a function of Pyaterochka’s future needs.
X5 CEO Igor Shekhterman will address questions related to Olga Naumova’s departure during the Q1 2018 IFRS financial results conference call on Thursday, 26 April 2018 at 14:00 London time (16:00 Moscow time).
