(“X5” or the “Company”, LSE and MOEX ticker: FIVE), a leading Russian food retailer that operates the Pyaterochka, Perekrestok and Chizhik retail chains, today announced that Fedor Ovchinnikov is resigning as Member of the X5 Supervisory Board due to personal reasons with effect from 8 March 2023. The Board has promptly begun the search for a new candidate to fill the vacancy and strengthen the Board’s scope of expertise while maintaining its high standard of professionalism.
